The Fans Come out for Extra!

While we were in LA, the ICONic Boyz also appeared on Extra with Mario Lopez. How ICONic is that?! The interviews are coming in and it's making such a positive impact. Mario had a great time with the Boyz and it's incredible to see how the boyz are growing into their roles as a group and as a team on the mic. They're truly amazing me every step of the way.

I personally have to take a moment and reflect back on my vision for The ICONic Boyz a few years back. Even throughout the last few years, we've been interviewed and performed at several venues. And today, with the solidarity of who we've become under the ICON Dance Complex umbrella, I am smiling when I say this, "I AM SO PROUD OF YOU BOYZ! Keep going! I love watching the interviews after the fact because they make me realize that my dreams are coming true right alongside of yours."

The ICONic Boyz Know How to Shake it Up

From NJ... to LA and back! That's been our schedule lately. Including a few other cities and states for ICON Dance the Convention and for NRG. But to LA we go, when called upon. This month, the ICONic Boyz made a special appearance on Disney's Shake it Up. As special guests on the show, the Boyz had so much fun. I also had so much fun watching them experience the TV world again. They're actually getting really comfortable behind the camera. ;)

All I can say is that I hope this is the start of many, many TV show appearances that me and the ICONic Boyz will be making this year and throughout the New Year.

The Children at Heart Event in NYC- Giving Back Feels ICONic

This November has been a whirlwind. I don't know where to begin. I guess, first and most importantly I'd like to thank my fans and all supporters of our Be ICONic mission and motto. The word is spreading quickly and I'm so excited about the results of the positive flow of energy ICON Dance Complex and our affiliated dance companies are creating.

With that said, I'm pleased to thank everyone at the Chabad's Children of Chernobyl event "Children at Heart" who invited the ICONic Dance Company to perform. My sister, Beth Hubela, fellow dance teacher and choreographer, Christina Pioli and myself- we were all busy last week creating one of the most inspirational choreographed pieces for this event. We were invited guests among a black tie dinner guests and celebrities.

The fundraiser was a success and I'm incredibly proud of the ICONic Dance Company dancers who showed up with professionalism and ICONic flavor. We're really making it happen- through so many venues, events and ways.

Happy Holidays and happy dancing. It's great to give back at events like this.

Gearing up for Hip Hop International

It's been preparation time at ICON Dance Complex for the past week. After a successful run on FOX's Good Day New York earlier this month, where the ICONic Boyz promoted their trip to Vegas for Hip Hop International, we ran straight to the studio to get our choreography in gear. For me, I'm in memory lane as I am preparing to meet up with very good friends of mine from crews from all over, including getting together with the founders of Hip Hop International, Karen and Howard Schwartz.

From July 25th through 31st, Hip Hop International crews and onlookers will come together at the Red Rock Resort and Orleans Arena. And my boyz... will be there to represent. There really hasn't been a moments rest for us, but we're tearin' up the stages. With a successful return from USTD Nationals this past Sunday, and one week to get together and rehearse... we're heading to Vegas in ICONic Style.

Manalapan Day 2011- A Day to Remember

I could list 100,000 reasons why ICON Dance Complex means the world to me... With moments such as this past Saturday when we arrived at Manalapan Day to a crowd-roar of applause- I was honored and more than proud to represent our brand. My sister Beth and I were so happy to be there!

Every year, we make Manalapan Day an important part of our summer schedule and we will keep doing so as we grow. It was truly inspiring to experience local fans and friends that support our philosophy at ICON to provide the best of opportunities all year long to our students. With the performance from both the ICONic Girlz and the now-world famous ICONic Boyz, I feel like we're truly making a difference.

A Return to My Roots- With the ICONic Boyz

I'd like to give a shout out to Rob Lunde and Stephen Evans of HealthCorps who invited myself and the ICONic Boyz to Brooklyn this weekend for their dance-a-thon. As part of the HealthCorps mission, we're working together to unite HIPHOPGEO with their inspiring organization to infuse positive eating and exercise habits towards children and teens. This past Saturday morning, the ICONic Boyz were part of the ribbon cutting for the event to join forces with the likes of other celebs that came to celebrate such as Stepp Stewart. I started dancing in Brooklyn. To bring my ICONic Boyz to events in and around my home town where it all began is ICONic.

Today's HealthCorps Tip of the Day:
Walking relieves stress, boosts moods, slows the aging process, lowers blood pressure and can extend one’s life by two minutes for every minute walked. Measuring steps with a pedometer helps track daily movement. HealthCorps encourages students to walk at least 10,000 steps a day, which translates to approximately 3.5 miles.

An ICONic Experience on ABDC 2011

From the moment we got the call from Randy Jackson that the ICONic Boyz were going to be on America's Best Dance Crew's Season of the Superstars- I knew we were in for the ride of our lives. Today, as we have all returned home, making it to a whopping 2nd place out of a tremendous amount of talented dancers and crews and lifelong friendships made from around the globe, I can honestly say that there's no place like ICON.

We're back and I'm experiencing the reality check all the while I'm replaying every moment in my mind and taking in all the experiences that the ICONic Boyz and I had. I cannot express in words how proud I am of the ICONic Boyz, how they truly made it a triumphant season showing other teens and especially young boys out there that you can be YOUNG and you can be a BOY and you can go far in the genre of dance or hip hop.

We returned and within hours, we were all rehearsing for our 5th Anniversary End of Year Performance- which we shared the stage with Phunk Phenomenon. Yep... We invited them to our end of year performance from Boston and they came and conquered. It was pretty dope. Check out their dual performance from Saturday night here.

And now, I'll be taking a few days to re-coup but I'm right back in the game with Company Auditions, a new website launch for ICONic Boyz and tons of events that we're planning.

This truly was the season of the superstars... my ICONic Boyz are my superstars. I'm very proud and honored to have created such a visionary brand which to date, has more than 74,000+ Facebook fans from all over the globe. ICONic Boyz - YOU ARE A PART OF 2011 ICON History and have made our 5th anniversary year unlike no other, as I feel like I truly passed the torch to you. Our flags will fly high- together at ICON Dance Complex with pride.

Laughter... it's the Best Medicine

Yesterday I posted this crucial tip to remember on my Facebook fan page for Hip Hop GEO and today I'm sharing it with all my fans in today's blog because I am smiling and laughing due to the fact that my ICONic Boyz made me so proud when they danced on ABDC last night. So, with that said... let's all realize the importance of laughter- thanks to Health Corps.

Laughter really is the best medicine – or at least pretty darn good medicine. Laughing increases pulse, blood pressure, and the pace of our breathing, which sends more oxygen to our tissues; ultimately making us feel better. The average adult laughs only 17 times per day. Have fun performing above that average!

The Spellmans are Headed to ICON Dance Complex

I am so proud to announce to my fans that the famous duo, Dena and Jenna Spellman, are currently in Englishtown, NJ to work with all ICON Dancers as they prepare for the ICON Dance Complex end of year Performance. This year it's called "The Magical World of ICON" and since I'm in LA and The Spellmans just left LA to head to my studio to help out, I am forever grateful.

This is an annual ritual of ours and I know that my family is so happy to have the girls at "home" at ICON.

Excessive amounts of soda, energy drinks, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, ice cream, potato chips, fries, sugar, etc. can contribute to disturbances in your mood. More nutritious foods like vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs, whole grains and fruit can help to stabilize your mood. Next time you are in a bad mood, try a few more nutritious foods and cut back on some of the less nutritious ones.

I can undoubtedly say that the last 4 years of my career having opened the doors of ICON Dance Complex have been so influential to me. I'm beside myself right now. Here I am in LA with the ICONic Boyz on America's Best Dance Crew and just a few years back, I was right here with my crew ICONic. This is definitely a story of "passing the torch"- especially with the 5th Anniversary of ICON Dance Complex being celebrated tomorrow, May 20th, 2011.

I'm trying to think of things to say but I think my students who know me best realize how unbelievably proud I am of their dedication to ICON. The parents too. When we show up as a large group at an event, dressed in our ICONic blue gear, it's like a wave of ICON over the crowd. It's remarkable to see that we've made such a positive impact on those that attend weekly and open classes at ICON Dance Complex.

Then, if I think about the celebrities that have stepped foot in our studios to teach master classes and workshops like Ian Eastwood, Cheryl Murakami, The Beat Freaks, Nick Gonzalez, the dancers from Biebers tour... there are literally so many to name. Match that with my loyal staff of teachers that make a positive impact on our students EVERY DAY at ICON while instilling our motto of "Be ICONic"- showing the students how to dream, how to defy gravity, how to nail their performance both emotionally and physically.

That's what's ICONic. That's what makes me feel so incredibly excited to enter into our 5th Year with such a bang! We just got home from USTD Regionals and tore it up. We're here in LA with the ICONic Boyz making headlines and more than 600 students back at home are preparing for our End of Year performance on June 4th and 5th with sponsored scholarships waiting to be handed out... the new ICON of the Year... the present ICON of the Year, Katie Fasbach, who did an excellent job as a role model. WOW!

There's So Much to be Proud of This Week- A shout out to my dancers at home at ICON

With all the excitement going on here in LA with the ICONic Boyz, their newfound fan base of over 42,000 fans and with the show in full gear, I do have to say that I miss my ICON Dance Complex family a bit. The best part is that with all of our success out here with America's Best Dance Crew, we're receiving awards from every state it seems. LOL.

I'd like to take this moment to congratulate my sister Beth for her support of running the studio during the crucial time of Competition Regionals, costume, pictures and our end of year performance. And of course, I give props to my ENTIRE family for running the show while we're building our legacy here.

And without a doubt, you make me SO proud! I'm so psyched to blog about the wins that my ICON Dancers received while at the USTD Regionals last weekend. You continue to make me and my family proud representing the ICON name so well. I am honored to be your dance teacher, choreographer and mentor in a way. Having a blast in LA

As you can see, I am taking time to have a laugh with my ICONic Boyz as we tread around the city. But by all means, there's the least bit amount of play as we are in rehearsals and meetings and it's one of the greatest blessings. Watching my students in a dynamic setting like this is unreal. I've seen them on the stage at Beatstock ready to perform in front of over 30,000 audience members TWICE... but this, this is cool. The whole "LA" scene for them will never leave them for the rest of their lives. I saw them on TV last night, I heard that they were "trending on Twitter" and most importantly, I felt so much love from back home in Englishtown. From my sister Beth to my mom and my dad and my entire family at ICON: THANK YOU! We heard and felt your positive wishes.

My ICONiz Boyz danced to "Your Love is My Drug". I couldn't wipe the smile off my face the entire time. Proud is an understatement. We are having a blast. Thanks to all who voted last night and catch this clip of them if you missed it.

Tomorrow's The Big Day for My Boyz

It's times like this that I need to sit, reflect and cherish. I'm literally about to celebrate my 5th year anniversary at ICON Dance Complex in a matter of a month and at that time years ago, we were celebrating America's Best Dance Crew recognition with ICONic. As we head to a milestone with the Complex, my ICONic Boyz, some of which have been with me since they're 5 years old are going to show America- tomorrow- who we are, what we stand for and what we're here to do, which is "Be ICONic". I'm watching them at rehearsals, seeing them interact with the other crews, explore LA and talk to the cameras and it's breathtaking. To know that we've come so far and there are 7 of the Boyz here with me and 7 more at home that we all miss so much but we know they'll be watching tomorrow night- just gives me this immense feeling of accomplishment.

There are those that dare and have strong passions in life and see the world in a whole new way- inspired by the greats and the mentors that have come and gone in their lives... this is an ICONic time.

The visions of the ICONic Boyz on TV with America watching tomorrow night provides me with the power of imagination, inspiration and transformation.... I think we've all been transformed a little here so far. And we will take the stage knowing that we've been inspired by the likes of Michael and Travis and others but will show up with our own unique style.

To my Boyz, ALL OF THEM- I'm very proud and honored to have built your mecca. Tomorrow, you will go out into the world and we will be... ICONic.

Well, here it is... yet another time of my life as a dance teacher where I truly feel like I'm "passing the torch". Hmmm, words that come to mind? Triumph, tears of joy, nerves and simply put, I am SO PROUD. I can hardly contain my excitement to announce to the world that the ICONic Boyz, the crew that I created when we opened our doors at ICON Dance Complex, some which were 5 years old when we began... are headed to LA. They've been chosen out of thousands of dancers to compete in the top 10 crews on Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew. It's Season 6- The Season of Superstars- where celebs like Justin Bieber and Ke$ha will perform with the crews.

Please join me in congratulating them by "liking" the ICONic Boyz on Facebook so that you can become a fan and keep up with their journey as the youngest crew to date on the show. We're making history and THAT is ICONic.

I am forever grateful to the ICONic Boyz, to their parents and to all dancers and instructors at ICON, including my family as they support us daily. From late night and early morning rehearsals, weekend events, auditions and much more, this is truly a proud moment for me as I am going to re-live my entire experience on the inaugural season of America's Best Dance Crew, but through the eyes of my students-who teach me a thing or two about being ICONic on a daily basis.

The dancelife Conference Schedule is now Available

Today, I'm honored to share that I received the dancelife Teacher Conference flyer in the mail and this year, it is a pleasure to have been added to the roster. I will be teaching hip hop to several of the coolest dance teachers that hit this conference in Arizona. To view the schedule click here.

The motto for the conference is "Their future is our priority". I couldn't agree with that more. As I gear up to visualize choreography for teachers and studio owners this summer, I'm honored to have been added to the 4 full days that literally are said to change the way that instructors look at our profession.

This May, I will celebrate 5 years co-founding ICON Dance Complex with my family. Some are calling ICON the "BDC" or the "Millennium" of New Jersey. I'm just so proud that I'm able to have the chance to inspire my students with what I've learned; and now, to head to Scottsdale from July 30 - August 2 to become part of dance teacher history.

Mr. Wiggles at MY Complex - TONIGHT!

There are many experiences that occur at ICON Dance Complex on a weekly basis. Sometimes outside of the studio when our dancers win thousands of dollars at scholarships. But today, I can't seem to contain my excitement because Mr. Wiggles is coming to work with my dancers. The thing that gets me so happy is that we're bringing the BEST TO ICON dancers. They don't have to travel to a convention or competition, we have the unique ability to bring the icons into the studio to tread on OUR floors and dance in front of OUR mirrors. And the look on the faces of our dancers while they're learning is priceless. I savor each memory and moment when we're lucky to work with such great stars and tonight is merely just one of the many nights that make us proud.

My recent interview at MSA's 10th Anniversary

I flew to LA during a recent snow storm, which literally took me about 24 hours in total time from departure to arrival. It was well worth it. To be in the same room as my peers and fellow MSA talent to celebrate the milestone of 10 years with Julie and the MSA gang, was an unbelievable feeling. I thank Julie for her gift that she gave to me a long time ago... which was giving me a shot in this industry. With that said, I am forever grateful. The success of ICON continues to grow and I always think about what it was like as I was first getting started. Seeing the passion in my students reminds me so much of the passion I had at day one, and still to this day.

The 10th Anniversary of MSA is one of the greatest events to celebrate as we move into 2011.

I'm So Proud of my Students

Not a day goes by that I'm not astonished with the success of the dancers at ICON Dance Complex. As Beth and I attend different events throughout the year and prepare our students for each and every goal to be achieved, we are consistently amazed and proud of what we see on the stage. This is a fine example... recently we took some of our students to Monsters of Hip Hop in New Brunswick. Even the youngest of our group, age 6, received a scholarship. Now THAT is being ICONic.

My ICONic New Year -Tuesday, January 4, 2011

As I arrived at the studio on January 4th, I came in to see the new Dance Teacher magazine on our desks. I knew I was on page 34 because we promoted it online, but I hadn't seen the article just yet. Eager to look, as I arrived at the article, I was beside myself. There we were... me and my ICONic Boyz. I was so proud. Dance Teacher editors did an amazing job shedding inspiration to the thousands that they reach with our story. I feel so proud when I see that others realize what we're doing; especially with young boys. What a day that was for me... Let alone, a night!

Later that night as classes went on at ICON and the Plasma's were tuned into CBS for the debut of Paula's Live to Dance, I had no idea what I was in for. As soon as our ICONic Boyz were featured numerous times in the promo's, we became ecstatic as one big happy ICON family. Seeing the looks on the boyz faces that night, I knew that in their hearts, they too realized "they were pleased with themselves, which makes me know we're doing the right thing." The volume at the studio rose to peak levels each time they were shown on live TV. It was a site to see and experience. I wish you were all there with me watching. I'll never forget that day... never.

As it turns out, that very day, I read about what ICON is doing to nurture young boys with dance in the amazing article, and then again to see my ICONic Boyz live on TV was a blessing that only one can dream of.

This message goes out to ALL ICON Dancers. You are ALL part of the ICONic movement and you ALL represent the LOVE of DANCE. I'm honored to teach such amazing dancers of so many ages every single day. We've only just begun. Dreams came true for me today, and this year, is going to be another ICONic Year. Give it up for our 5th anniversary and what a way to ring in 2011.

Did you know that 2011 will mark the 5th Anniversary of ICON Dance Complex opening its doors? This anniversary means the world to me. Miss Karla Garcia Joins ICON of HOPE with a Special Video

I am pleased to blog about this. PLEASE, tell your friends to get involved and join our project this fall. My sister Beth and I, along with the ICON of the Year, Katie Fasbach have created a fundraiser that boasts the creative drawing talents of our audience. Every year, my family at ICON gives a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This year, we wanted to do more to get the students that we influence on a regular basis involved. We're asking that you draw a dance picture/scene of any type on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. Title it: ICON of HOPE. Donate $5 with your drawing and send it/drop it off at ICON Dance Complex. (Our address is on our website.) Make sure you get your drawing in by the end of November. The earlier the better as we're featuring some drawings in local press.

In December, we will compile all the drawings to produce an interactive video to send to the patients at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with song and dance included. Karla Garcia (Season 5 of SYTYCD) is the first of many celebrity choreographers to get involved to help spread the word. Watch her video here.

Additionally, we will choose one lucky winner's drawing to be the ICON Dance Complex Holiday postcard in which we'll send to spread cheer-especially to the kids at St. Jude.

This is an amazing, feel good cause. One that should involve the entire dance world, as well as my entire studio at ICON and perhaps to the studios that see me on the road. I invite everyone to draw what's on your dance mind, send in $5 with your drawing to our Complex and get involved today. Showstoppers is in full gear

As we settle into October at ICON, measure for costumes and begin to feel a groove, it's also time for me to pack up and head out on the road on certain weekends. Out of all the competitions/conventions out there there are a few in which I'm extremely proud to be on faculty. Showstoppers is like a family to me, and as I board the plane, I begin to feel excited, not only to see the staff, but to experience the joy of teaching on the road. In a room filled with studios and dancers from different locales, the indulgence of wanting to give them so much instruction in a short period of time comes over me. My approach and understanding of the competitive lifestyle is that it teaches a dancer to be determined, disciplined, kind to others due to competing with local schools in one auditorium and most of all, inspired. Watching a room of dancers in their Showstoppers sweatshirts and rolled up sweatpants gets me so pumped. They're all there to LEARN-with their gear on.

I have a secret and I'm gonna share it with you. Get ready... soon enough... to adorn your class fashion with new ICONic gear from me. It will be my gift to you. I favor all the dancers that ask for autographs and take pictures with me (like this one) when I'm traveling and soon enough, you'll be able to buy my gear and take the Be ICONic motto with you back to your own studio to feel the enlightenment that we shared learning together at Showstoppers. A Visual of "Be ICONic"

I am proud to say that I'm on the faculty of one of the most influential dance competitions on the market. Showstoppers is truly one of the greatest event tours that teaches discipline, dance, healthy competition and instills the power of "never giving up" to youth; as well as to the studio owners, teachers and famies that attend each weekend. I was sent this picture after one of our events and I felt myself in tears at first glance. With countless hours of teaching, choreography, travel, rehearsal and much more... to get an image like this in my peripheral vision is ICONic. THIS, my friends is another prime example of the "Be ICONic" motto. These girls were inspired and in return, they sent this photo to me after they understood what I "stood" for on stage. It's moments like this that should be shared, showcased, forwarded and rewarded.

Thank you girls, thank you Showstoppers, and thank you to my fellow fans and followers of the "Be ICONic" motto.

What came of this photo... is a blessing. Feelings have turned into ideas, which have churned into an in motion opportunity to provide MORE of these moments to you, from me. For those of you who are surrounded with our positive motto, there's much more comin' atcha. I promise.

From the Studio to the Haunted House-This ghoul can sing!

I'm pleased to introduce my Hip Hop GEO fans to Miss Alessandra Castronovo. I can't feature her picture because she's getting her "just out from the graveyard makeup done" so I'll provide a haunting lure to get you to come to the amusement park to watch her sing. You can ride the rides afterwards.

We've been working together for a while and boy has she perfected her craft. Alessandra has sang at Six Flags many of times, but with requests on demand, she's headed BACK to Fright Fest. We've been in the studio rehearsing steps for her frightful debut (in a good way). On October 17th, this young star will drop a new CD featuring her style of jazzy pop, alongside of a killer (yes, I meant that one) performance at Six Flags Fright Fest. Will I wear my MJ Thriller Jacket? I'll see if I can get it out of my coffin that night.

Congrats to Alessandra. I hope you scare all the bats away with those high notes and have all the monsters up from their graves to listen to your beautiful voice. I'm so proud. Congrats.

At ICON, our open classes are awe-inspiring and heart-pounding. They're awesome and the kids are loving it. The path that we've chosen with ICON to become "more than just a studio setting" has become rewarding to me in so many ways. The collaboration that I get to develop with my peers that are working in the industry and are driving forces that celebrate the best of dance and choreography... that feeling, that knowing that I can call them up, invite them to teach and they're here on a plane in a few days is brilliant.

There are so many rewarding benefits of owning a studio and being a choreographer, a business owner, a dancer, and still-active artist. One of them is being able to give rise to my colleagues under my business name; under my logo.

Tonight, ICON welcomes The Spellman Sisters who make a stunning return. (And who are always remarking to posts on our facebook pages with "I miss NJ" "I wish I was there"). Tonight's the night, ICON fans. Tonight, they won't have to miss us or wish they were here. They will rock the ICON house!

ICON Dance Complex is proud to host three nights of creative and invigorating open classes every week. The word is spreading about how empowered our dancers become after the ICON open class experience and it's sparked new ideas that are proving success. For the first week of back to school, I was honored to have THE Nick Gonzalez come in and teach a workshop in place of our Thursday Open at 8:30pm. The Complex almost exploded. The NRG was through the roof. And this week, we have the famed and fabulous Spellman Sisters who will take the Zone 1 stage on Thursday at 8:30pm in place of my open.

When it comes to sharing and collaborating at our Complex, we are fortunate to be so well connected. ICONS like Nick, Dena and Jenna are the secret to the Be ICONic motto. They help us go beyond. They showcase a rewarding experience for everyone that walks into classes here and and I'm proud to collaborate on many levels with master teachers like our guests.

Thank You to All Returning and New Students

It's our first week and I can hardly hold my excitement in. Yesterday, Monday, was a phenomenal open day. Pictures, new classes, the smell of new jazz boots and Adidas. You are my family and you are all ICONic. This summer has sizzled. You know that; you've seen us light up your inbox and Facebook with tons of press and events, and returns to Beatstock-heck Beth and her dancers were the VERY FIRST to bring baseball to dance at the Trenton Thunder and Lakewood BlueClaws Games. If I can recall, the press release said something along the lines of, "The dancers were told to stay in the outfield for their performances throughout the season, but after they first performed, the boss was called into the office and from then on, our ICON dancers along with the hottest of choreographers were requested to dance inside the infield." What an accomplishment. There have been some special dancers (ahem, Bieber's) who've come to The Complex to teach and there's more coming. I can't give away ALL the surprises for the new year, but just wait and see... you're gonna be so glad you stepped foot in ICON this week. Welcome back, you're ICONic. Happy fifth Anniversary-to all that have been with us since the beginning.

Throughout this summer, he has been traveling non stop to studios across the country to inspire and instill his style of teaching. I'm so proud of this young talent who believes in positivity and stopping at nothing to get what's deserved. Passion + creativity + determination = success. The former website was loved and adored by all, but in all honesty, we have grown so much in the past few years that the change and upgrade was inevitable and timely. When I look through the pages, I am proud of my sister Beth and my family for their dedication to our mission at ICON Dance Complex. Just looking at the pictures on the gallery page or the logos on the Our Network page, it's amazing to see the growth exhibited on this online hub. And to my students and fans and to the hundreds of dancers that take open classes... this is for you. It's all for you. It's called: Impressions, an Evening of Dance. We'll be performing alongside Complexions Contemporary Ballet, youtube sensation Chaz Buzan and more. The ICONic part... All proceeds will be donated to The American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

A Dancer of Mine Hits the Toys R Us Dance Flash Mob in NYC

I feel like I can write a blog post for all my students every hour on the hour. I'm hopping on the computer now and wanted to give a quick shout out to Jared Madridejos who participated in Nickelodeon's Dora the Explorer's 100th birthday Celebration. There was a flash dance mob in Times Square and he was involved. The best part of this story is this: Jared's mom told me that when she was doing his hair in his classic ICONic Boyz mohawk while he was wearing his ICON Blue T Shirt, people actually stopped him and knew he was an ICONic Boy. Now, that's ICONic!

Workshop fans, ICON dancers and Justin Bieber groupies, listen up. This is your chance to get so close to Justin Bieber, you can feel his dance moves. That's right, I have exclusively invited Nick Demoura, Mike Vargas and Kanec to ICON Dance Complex and they've graciously accepted. They'll be in New Jersey for the Justin Bieber concert in Newark NJ on Saturday August 28th and will thus come to ICON prior to their performance. The official Bieber/ICON poster is in. Check it out. We're even making up a few for workshop attendees so that they can acquire signatures from the dancers that 'break' with Bieber.

Now that I've had a few days to let the night stir in my mind, I wanna be quick, but strong when I say this.

The Be ICONic motto was showcased by EVERYONE who came out to the Freehold Raceway Mall. From the hundreds of dancers and parents who danced in our flash mob to DJ Dirteey, Ashley Loren, Rich Schaub, E Video Productions, Roy Hamilton II and Debra Panzerella... This was an outstanding event.

As a team, we donated more than 500 pairs of jeans to the Head Start Program. That's ICONic.

I had the honor of meeting and mingling with Elizabeth Dell, one of the film makers who created the hit dance flick, B Girl. I worked my magic and connections and low and behold, it's happening. Our dancers will be singing "Baby" till the day, I know it. Today, I'd like to confirm that I'm bringing the most elite of dancers to my Complex in Englishtown NJ. Everyone is welcome and it's going to be a first come, first serve basis. The Justin Bieber Tour Dancers will make a "One Time" stop at ICON Dance Complex on Saturday August 28th 2010. The workshop will be held from 11am-3pm. The day will consist of two master classes, a Q n A and an exclusive performance from the show!

We have two very impressive Nets Kids stories to share. Last week, many ICON dancers were seen performing on WPIX 11 in NYC for the Nets Kids on the morning show. Facebook lit up with fans and friends who seen the piece. The positive comments were on a roll. Days like that make me proud to see the where our students end up... some days its on TV, some days its on popular stages. Check out the footage here of our ICON kidz doin' their thang.

It's Official. ICON Dance Complex is Creating One of the Coolest Cause-Marketing Efforts This August

I am proud to announce that almost 300 or more of my dancers as well as the campers from our recent collaboration with Eagle River Day Camp will come together for a cause-marketing event at our local mall. Did I mention the parents will be dancing, too?

You've seen it on Oprah, you've seen the Glee dancers do their thing... well it's time you let ICON take a shot at our First-EVER flash dance mob. It's happening at the Freehold Raceway Mall on Wednesday, August 18th. Beginning at 6pm, I am honored to have DJ Dirteey at my side, spinnin' the tunes that our dancers love. This DJ booth for ICON will be the ICONic spot in the Mall (first floor at the intersection between Nordstrom and JCPenny) for shoppers and visitors to donate their jeans. We'll be giving away signed posters of ICONic from America's Best Dance Crew in exchange for their good deeds.

Here comes the amazing part. As we know that each dance flash mob has the chance to go viral... well, I did a bit of thinking and I got my good friend, Roy Hamilton 3 involved. Both Roy and singer, Ashley Loren, will be on site with us to sign autographs and to help this cause marketing event take full effect. Who knows... there may even be a live performance. This all goes down at 6pm. Special shout out to Kristopher and Rich, my amazing videographer and photographer who will help us bring it all together for memories to come.

When the clock strikes 7. Watch out. My dancers will disperse to surprise mall-goers and we'll begin our flash dance mob to Roy's new hit song "New New" featuring the NEW Island Def Jam Artist, Ashley Loren. It doesn't get better than this.

Well, maybe it does, because we will also have Sky Hoffman and Carrie Locklyn with us to perform and co-choreograph the entire routine. Not to mention our ICON of the Year, Katie Fasbach, to help sign autographs and show her ICONic love to other young students who may want to learn how to dance.

And folks, THIS is what the Be ICONic motto is about. Giving back, having fun and bringing your family together for an exciting night out at the mall for the possible crazy-viral flash mob we've been dreaming of....

My Boyz are ICONic. MTV's Made Proves It

This week, I was blown away yet again by how mature and experienced the ICONic Boyz group is becoming. As we grow as a team; a family... the boys are offered unique opportunities throughout our area, as well as by corporate names. A colleague of mine with whom I danced with in ICONic for MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, Gerard Heintz, came into play with us this week as the boys dance captain. For what show you ask? MTV's Made. The boys did a terrific job. I'm very proud of where we're headed as a young boys hip hop group and our message of "Be ICONic" is truly inspiring other young teenage boys to get fit, dance and learn a new hobby. This show is just one of the many that've nailed this month. Special thanks to Gerard for this day and to my boys... Keep Going!

P.S. And How Awesome was Gerard because he not only came to work with the Boyz for MTV's Made... He also stayed and hosted a two hour master class at ICON Dance Complex. Way to be!

Beatstock is a wrap and was an ICONic Success!

I am so proud of my dancers for their dedication and devotion to ICON and its opportunities. Special thanks to the parents and to all my assistants, my family and to those at BEATSTOCK who "get it" and realize the power of young talent. With the request to tread the stages with superstars, our kids really understand that they have to work hard and that these opportunities are not handed to them. They are learning well. That's exactly what I set out to do with the BE ICONic motto. You can't just go out there and expect jobs to be handed to you and when you get them, you cannot take them for granted.

What pleases me most is that my students are willing to earn their spot on the stages and those that look up to them, are also being exposed to what it feels like to perform with major stars, but to "earn it" and "nail it."

With so many performances on a weekly and monthly basis and with BEATSTOCK '10 we are geared up for an incredible NEW ICON SEASON. I gotta tell you, the feeling of seeing my students on that stage during tech rehearsals and feeling them beside me when we're under the lights and jammin' to the music is one incredible feeling that I cannot possibly put into words.

To all the dancers out there that are inspired by our ICON "movement". Keep dancing and keep going. Your time is near to BE ICONic too. Thank you for following my words. Please congratulate my dancers when you see them. They worked so hard and EARNED their rewards on stage a million times over.

The Count Down Begins for B Girl Film Makers to Visit ICON

In a bit over two weeks, ICON Dance Complex will be in full swing of its Summer Intensive Program. Back to Beatstock

I am extremely thrilled to announce that my dancers will be returning to the Beatstock stages and this coming weekend, will perform in front of over 30,000 audience members at the hottest dance and music event of the summer. WKTU's Beatstock is an annual event every August that draws in the hottest of crowds and fans of pop music. This year, our dancers will dance on the stages alongside Enrique Iglesias, Lisa Lisa, Naughty by Nature, Kelly Rowland, Kat DeLuna and many more. You can see ICON at the PNC Bank Arts Center and Nikon at Jones Beach Location. Vito Bruno of AMPM Entertainment had this to say about ICON Dancers:

Showstopper East Coast Nationals was an awesome event this year as always... it seems the talent gets better and better every year that I host. Stepping out of the dancer/choreographer role and into the Hosting spotlight is refreshing for me. I still get to be in front of the camera and I'm still surrounded by dance. It's the best of both worlds. The great thing about hosting is I don't have to play a part. I get to be myself and have fun with the crowd. My plans are to get working on my hosting reel and hopefully gain more opportunity to step into this role. Until then I will look forward to returning to Myrtle Beach next summer to do it again! BIg SHOUT OUT to Debbie and Dave Roberts at Showstopper for allowing me to host such a prestigious dance event!!! Showstopper Nationals. I'm headed to Myrtle Beach!

I am honored to give you the news that I am on my way to Showstopper Nationals in Myrtle Beach, SC to host the LIVE Webcast of the East Coast Finals! That's right; from 9am to 5pm this coming Saturday, GEO Hubela is on the mic. (Look out Ryan Seacrest!) I'll be hosting this exciting dance event from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center with an awesome crowd and some amazing dancers from across the country and Canada! (Thank goodness for technology-our dance world is growing stronger and stronger because of it.)

In fact, just two years back she came into the ICON doors and now, she's at a level when she's dancing with other students that have been dancing for a while. Her energy and enthusiasm, matched with personality and willingness to learn and catch on quickly have encouraged our family to title Katie with ICON of the Year status.

We're in the midst of re-launching ICON Dance Complex and during the process, we received this note (testimonial if you will) from Katie. I'd like to share it with my audience to give rise to our new ICON and to say thanks for giving your all. My thoughts about/ICON Dance Complex

I can’t believe it’s only been two years since I first stepped foot in the door of ICON Dance Complex. I was currently on a fast track program for gymnastics, which I was training four days a week. My mom thought my sisters and I needed a little break and a change of scenery, so she suggested we take some open summer classes at ICON Dance Complex. What I didn’t know was that once I walked into ICON, I would NEVER be walking out!

I was a bit hesitant, because all I really knew was gymnastics. I walked into the beautiful sitting area, which has several flat screen televisions, which showed everything going on in the studio rooms. I saw the most amazing dancers on the screen, and I was definitely taken back! As I continued through the hallways, I was star struck by the awesome framed pictures of Geo and many stars, J-Lo, Brittany Spears, and Pink, just to name a few. I was in awe! I then became nervous and a bit intimidated.

I bravely walked into my first Hip-Hop class, and easily found my place, in the BACK! Geo started with warm-ups, which were so fun! I was used to strength training, and this was exercise, but in a really FUN way! Geo then started teaching an amazing Hip-Hop piece and I just loved it! He made everyone feel so comfortable, that I began to feel less nervous, and just excited. As the class was coming to an end, I saw everyone get in a big circle, and I thought he was going to talk to everyone. Instead, I got my first taste of a freestyle circle. “Oh My Gosh!” I thought to myself. “I am NOT getting out there by myself and dancing!” As I watched everyone take their turn, I realized something. It didn’t matter if you could dance great or not, this was ALL about fun. Nobody was judging you, it was just your few seconds to show what you can do. It was now my turn. I threw in a few backhangsprings, thinking it could waste some time while I was out there. I was scared, but I made it through. To this day, I have to admit, I’m still trying to master the art of free styling. I realize now how silly it was to be nervous. Geo makes EVERYONE feel so comfortable out on the dance floor. I would never choose to stand in the back of class ever again!

My sisters and I left ICON that first night with such excitement. We went home and immediately recorded America’s Best Dance Crew, and watched every episode featuring ICONic. At this point, we started to realize that ICON is a place where we want to be, not just for the summer, but all year round! I begged my mom for more and more summer classes, I wanted to try ALL the dance techniques!

When I met Beth, my first impression was, “she is SO beautiful!” Then I saw her dance, and I knew I just wanted to be like her. She was so positive in every way, and actually encouraged me to try more advanced classes. I did, and I couldn’t get enough! I just wanted to learn more and more of the dance language and technique. Beth guided me through Ballet, Lyrical, and Jazz, and at this point, I was in love with DANCE!

By the end of that summer, just two years ago, I knew what I wanted. I wanted to be at ICON every minute, every hour, every day! As much as I loved gymnastics, dance had taken over me! This is now, the love of my life!

In addition to wanting to come and dance with Geo and Beth, I had started to make some amazing friendships on the way. The girls that I dance with have such good hearts, and an amazing passion for the sport. I still can’t wait everyday, to get to the studio and enjoy each hour with them. They are ALL truly, my best friends! Ironically, when we get together outside of ICON, we are always just making up more dances! ICON has a group of boys that are just the BEST! We are all really good friends, and I think any of the dancers in the studio would do anything for anyone! We all have a special bond, and the same desire to dance, which keeps us all very close. The boys are so fun to hang with, and the most amazing dancers that you will ever see! We all, the girls and boys, have a true relationship with each other that is kind of unexplainable. When you are a part of it, you just understand it, and it’s unconditional.

Overall, I look back now, and I can’t believe how much I have learned. Geo and Beth had a clean slate walking in that door, just two years ago. They have, in such a positive, fun, energetic, amazing, caring, and professional way, molded me to be the dancer and person I am today. I still can’t believe all the amazing experiences I have had so far, in just two short years. I have had the opportunity to dance at Madison Square Garden, the Hard Rock Café NY, Beatstock and DiscoBall concerts, take amazing master classes with the best in the business, and in addition, be a part of ICON’s dance companies and represent them at competitions. I am so very thankful and grateful to work out each week with such amazing teachers like Geo and Beth, hang out and dance with great friends, and all in a dance studio that is truly second to none! I am SO lucky!!!!!

Shout out to the Film Makers of B Girl-Elizabeth and Emily Dell

I'd like to take the opportunity to let the film makers of B Girl know how ICONic they are for flying from Los Angeles to New Jersey to meet our students. Every summer, our intensive creates an explosively awesome good time for the kids. Not only do they learn, but they get inspired. This summer is no different. Our students will get to ask the actual film makers questions about what they saw and experienced after a private screening at our Englishtown Complex. Special thanks to Elizabeth and Emily Dell. Coming this August, ICON hosts another powerful, inspiring and excitement driven summer intensive program. New Jersey-GET READY! Times Square Applauded ICONic Tonight

Tonight, on June 14, 2010, the ICONic Dancers gave NYC a taste of what its like to dance their a**es off-ICON Style.

Special thanks to the Oxygen Network for the exclusive invitation for tonights event-as well as to the families and dancers that came out in support of the ICONic mission being spread to the Times Square audience. As we stepped onto the stage, onlookers came pouring down to the front to see what the cheers were about... and low and behold they began smiling, laughing, clapping and "woo-ing". As I watched the dancers, including my sister, Beth, Dena and Jenna, and the hip-geared students that make me proud to be a choreographer and dance instructor, I couldn't help but realize something special... What we were doing was not only being a part of the kick-off for a hit TV show; we were enabling a vast audience on lookers to see the valuable difference that dance can make into the health and fitness regime of one's life.

We dance, we teach, we choreograph and we live for the moments on stage where we get to express our feelings through movement, but today, I felt honored that ICONic's premiere lady dancers were able to give life to those that need a boost for fitness. Newsies Makes Headlines at National Dance Week NYC

If you missed our Kenny Ortega Special Performance at the Astaire Awards, you may have caught our encore at National Dance Week NYC 2010. ICONic dancers, including the Spellman Sisters who flew in from LA, participated in a second helping of our Newsies remix. The crowd went wild at Ailey Citigroup Theater as we re-enactd our hip hop/Broadway style version of the hit show. (Saving the best for last had its privileges... the audience was floored and the energy in the room was stirring to end the evening's NDW NYC event.)

I can't thank my dancers enough for their dedication, inspiration to me as a choreographer, and to experiences like this where I get to express my art-in venues as elite as Ailey. I can only wonder what's next for us because the sensational response from this Newsies piece is not stopping; nor do I want it to. I am forever grateful to the colleagues and peers that surround me and devote their time, soul and heart towards my "Be ICONic" motto. From performances like this that d celebrate the diverse arts that NYC has to offer-to the students that crowd the hallways of ICON Dance Complex, to the dancers that make me proud when I watch our pieces over and over again... Extra! Extra! Newsies Creates a BIG HIT with Kenny Ortega

You can believe I was holding my breath while performing with my dancers to a piece they learned just four days before the 2010 Astaire Awards, held last night in NYC. The pressure was definitely on for them to perfect this routine, choreographed to a remix of the “Newsies” by the known music producer and my friend Mark “Biz” Burke. We crafted a surprise performance for Kenny Ortega. And need I remind you that they just finished with ICON Dance Complex's end of year performance over the past weekend! After I saw the video of the piece, I was floored-though, I was not surprised to find myself amazed at how well they had nailed it. Likewise, Kenny showed his astonishment and appreciation by coming out to congratulate the students and personally shook each of their hands and asked their names. While he was honored to see them and provide them with such an opportunity, I was honored to have such a great group of dancers, of whom are the epitome of the “Be ICONic” movement. I am so proud of the talented students that performed their hearts out all weekend long. From the tribute to my lost legend Michael Jackson, or to the new award handed to Mikayla on behalf of my lost mentor from Horizons, I cannot thank everyone enough for your support and involvement in helping me to bring my dreams of the ICONic motto to the children of the next generation. I'm about to crown and award a new ICON of the Year

The ICON IV end of year performance is among us and I've been working tirelessly the last few weeks to create one of the most spectacular events for the students at the complex. I value their time and efforts, as well as the time and effort from their parents that take them to the many events, rehearsals and classes that we offer. This time of the year gets so busy for us because we're gearing up for end of year performance days, competition nationals and our summer intensive program. There's even more to this equation because our ICONic Boyz are headed back to the Apollo Theatre this month, we are performing at Manalapan Day and at National Dance Week, NYC. I will be updating you with a special announcement on Monday night, but due to the fact that it's a surprise, I can't spill the beans yet... stay tuned.

ICON Dance Complex Celebrates a 4th Anniversary Like No Other

Beth and I awoke on Thursday May 20th to an exciting day we'll never forget. It was our 4th Anniversary of opening the doors to ICON and all day long, from walk-ins to the studio, to parent thank you's and student excitement all the way to our blessed Facebook page, we felt honored to have created The Complex and promise many more years of our best.

The Apollo was a success story for ICON Dance Complex

My ICONic Boyz performed on Wed. May 19th at the Apollo Theatre. We were accompanied by a tremendous amount of support from parents, friends, dancers and fans. The audience was not at all quiet during our ICONIc Boyz performance and even though, half of them were with our group, the other half were standing and applauding. The history of the Apollo felt great that night and they even played a video portraying the limelight of our lost "icon" Michael Jackson. That night will forever be in my heart and I am so excited that my Boyz are bringin' it back to the Apollo on June 16th. As a busy choreographer, teacher, dancer, performer and studio owner, I realize the demands that an actively lifestyle can have on your body. We don't always have the time to eat a healthy meal in between our jobs, schoolwork or performance schedule. On May 8th, I brought in Felicia Stoler, author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes and star host of TLC's Honey, We're Killing the Kids to my studio. It's extremely important that we all take the time to learn about how we can eat better to feel better.

This educational nutrition workshop took place at ICON Dance Complex and we even invited families to get involved. There's nothing more rewarding than allowing our parents to be directly involved in the opportunities we're providing for ICON students. Special thanks to Felicia for making her way to The Complex and special thanks to Cliche Cosmetics for providing a complimentary makeup seminar after the event to showcase a full on beauty from the inside out effect. I'm so proud.

Hollywood... Vibe. We took Virginia Beach by Storm

This past weekend, I flew to Virginia Beach to teach and judge at the Convention Center with Hollywood Vibe. It was an ICONic weekend for sure. The kids were so talented and I'm loosing count of my Facebook friend requests because they're coming in the drones... thank you, guys! I think I'm over 40+ requests and still going...

Special thanks to my peers, Mark "Biz" Burke, Tania Baron and the others that I shared the stage with this weekend. Nick G... We miss you man, but we know you're kickin' it real overseas.

From James Brown... to ICON Dance Complex Boyz. Welcome to the Apollo

The Apollo Theater is bringing BACK Amateur Night and our ICONic Boyz recently made the cut. How exciting was it? You tell us. Our experience the day we found out went like this...

Our ICONic Boyz went up to dance for the producers of the show. After a mere 36 seconds, they stopped the music and said, "That was horrible... You guys are dancing at the Apollo!" You could imagine our excitement and our hearts dropping at the same time.

It took just 36 seconds for the show's producers to see the talent in our young boys, all under 15. ICONic Boyz will perform on May 19th. It's a Wednesday. Will you be around? The most rewarding thing about opening my own dance studio as a dancer is watching my students learn and grow. I feel blessed to not only own a business with my family, but also go to the studio everyday and do something I am passionate about and love... DANCE. I guess what really stands out is sitting back and watching my students perform. The dancers and teachers at ICON put so much work into every performance opportunity we are afforded, when the dancers take the stage... it WOWS me. I am filled with pride and continue to be inspired everyday by my own students. It is a huge gift to give back and pass on my dance experience and knowledge to the next generation of dancers. The discipline and work ethic I have learned from dance has led me to many opportunities not only in dance, but in life and I hope to have a part in the realization of my students dreams. I see the passion for dance in their eyes, and it grows every day... that, to me, is the most rewarding part of my job.

I judge and teach at quite a few dance competitions ever year. This is a reader question that gave me the opportunity to share my insight behind the ever-growing and increasingly popular competitive circuit. Listen in...

Hey Geo, When you’re judging a dance contest, do you look for technique or originality? Also, I’ve heard teachers say that you should add your own flare to a routine, but doesn’t that take away from the group?

Whenever I judge, I always ask myself the same questions at the end of the performance... was I entertained? Did that performance WOW me? Was it ORIGINAL? If a dancer or a group of dancers spark emotion from me, I love it. If the concept is original, I love it even more. I want to feel something, whether excitement or sadness, I love when a performance grabs me and pulls me in. For me, originality is key. It’s important to be original if you want to stand out... you need to think "out of the box." That is what I did with ICONic for America's Best Dance Crew, I wanted to be different. I knew hundreds of dance crews would show up to the auditions doing typical hip hop routines. I needed something that would make ICONic stand out. So I went the hip hop route with a Broadway twist and had Chorus Line music remixed with hip hop, grabbed a Fosse style bowler cap and a track suit... it worked! Of course I added my own flare to the routine, why not! You are the creator, it’s your vision. Make it come alive! Why would that take away from the group? The group needs to translate your vision and your choreography to the best of their ability. That’s their role as dancers. Absolutely give it your flare, or as some in the dance world would say, "pizazz!"

I have a tremendous amount of respect for the technically trained dancer. It shows the dancer has discipline and dedicated work ethic. Whether a lyrical dancer with beautiful lines and extension, or a hip hop dancer with amazing isolations and popping skills, technique shows the dancer has respect for the art and the discipline to perfect it. When you combine a dance technician with amazing stage presence, on top of an original concept, you have an unbeatable package. That’s hard to come by, but it is possible and it is out there.

At the end of the day, I simply want to be entertained, I want to see performers-perform. Technique is a given... you should work at your craft and do your best to perfect it. Some of us can't always do certain things or reach certain levels no matter how hard we train. I know that first hand as a dancer. But what I can’t do technically, I always try to make up for on the performance end. When I am performing, I want to move people... when I am spectator, I want to be moved.

Putting aside technique and originality for a moment, I look for PASSION! A dancer or dancers that are passionate about what they are performing is key. Sell it! That's what I tell my dancers. Make me feel something. I always ask my students for ONE thing, INSPIRATION. If they inspire me, I will continue to inspire them back. Inspire your audience! If they entertain the audience, if they move them, they’ve done their job!

The story behind Inspiring Children...

For quite some time, gendance, the first global email mag, presented me with the honor of answering reader questions. They donated a VIP page to Geo Hubela which archives all the inspiring conversations, but I'd like to share a few of them with my fans this week. This one came from Vanesa Miceli, a dance parent from ICON. She asked me: Being someone's idol and inspiration must have its pros and cons! When working with such young dancers do you become aware of those that look to you in this way? Thanks for putting yourself out there and allowing us to see things through your eyes!   

I had this to say: “Children are clean slates that we all have the incredible opportunity to mold into some of the most impressive people we have ever known.” Opening a dance school was my opportunity. That’s how I see it. I hope my values shine through to these kids. Things like dedication, hard work and striving for your goals and dreams. One of the most important things I want my students to see is the importance of FAMILY. I am surrounded by family at the studio and I hope the students see how we work together and support each other. Self-esteem... so important!!! I am confident and happy with the person and dancer I have become, so I want my students to see this. If kids see that their role models are happy with who they are, then they are more likely to be happy with who they are. Confidence brings a performer to another level. I want my students to go to that level and beyond.

Along with sharing and telling my students about my accomplishments, I try to share my disappointments and failures with them as well. Letting them know how I dealt with being cut from an audition or making a mistake on stage in front of a big audience shows them that I am human and not the perfect dancer. I want them to know how to overcome adversity and get back in the game and do it better. Most of all, I want my students to know that I care about them and their dreams no matter what. I guess there are pros and cons but when I really think about it, I can't find many cons. What my students have given me in return is unparalleled. So many of them are accomplishing so many things in dance and in life, it makes me proud, very proud.

When my young dancers go into to the freestyle circle and mimic one of my moves, I smile really big on the inside and I am so proud. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror and know that in some way I got through to some of these kids, that I had an influence on their young lives. Something as simple as that makes me aware of my role in their lives. I am so proud to do what I do, and I love what I do... DANCE. Thank you so much for your question!" Be ICONic...
